7 calculators. 1 set of formulas.
Gym Calculators
Seven calculators built on one set of formulas. The same set gives you the same max estimate whichever tool you look at – and you never have to carry numbers from one site to another.
Calculators
-
One-Rep Max Calculator
Enter the weight you lifted and how many reps you got, and the calculator estimates your one-rep maximum using several established formulas.
Calculate → -
Percentage Chart
Enter your max and get a table of training loads as percentages. The table can be printed or copied into your training log.
Calculate → -
Plate Calculator
Enter a target weight and the plates you have available, and the calculator tells you what to load on each side of the bar.
Calculate → -
5/3/1 Calculator
Enter your max and get every load in the four-week cycle, warm-up sets included – rounded to weights you can actually build with plates.
Calculate → -
RPE Chart
Enter the weight, the reps and how hard the set felt, and see what share of your max you used – plus what load every rep and RPE combination corresponds to.
Calculate → -
Prilepin's Chart
The classic programming chart, converted into actual loads. Enter your max and the percentage zones become concrete weights.
Calculate →
Strength Standards
Enter your bodyweight and your max, and see where the lift lands – plus what the next level would take.
-
Consistent
One set of formulas across every calculator, so the same set gives the same estimate in each tool.
-
Transparent
Every page explains where its numbers come from and what is uncertain about them.
-
Private
Your numbers stay in your own browser. Nothing is sent to a server or an account.
Why a set of tools rather than one calculator
In the gym the question is rarely a single one. It starts with a max, moves to percentages, and ends with which plates go on the bar – and somewhere along the way someone asks how the set should feel. A standalone calculator answers one step and leaves the rest to you.
These tools require no copying of numbers between them, and no wondering whether the next page uses a different formula. The one-rep max calculator, the RPE chart, the percentage chart and the 5/3/1 calculator all derive their numbers from the same average of five formulas. The same set produces the same estimate everywhere, which sounds obvious but is not – most sites use a different formula on each page.
The chain runs like this: estimate a max from a set you actually did, derive training loads from it as percentages or as a ready-made program, then work out which plates go on the bar. Every page links straight to the next step.
The remaining tools answer what the chain does not: how many sets and reps to do at a given load, what a set’s perceived effort means as a percentage, and where a lift ranks. Everything is calculated in your browser and nothing is stored.
Results are estimates and do not replace advice from a coach or healthcare professional.
